If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it back unused for a full refund (less any shipping and gift wrapping charges). Also, if you need to exchange your product for a different size, color, or alternation, simply send it back to us and we will promptly ship you the new product (subject to product availability.)

Exchanges and returns are in many cases completely FREE—simply use the attached prepaid return label if applicable and drop your exchange/return package at the nearest UPS (Mail Boxes Etc.), FedEx (Kinko's), or post office location. This service is not available on all orders. Please consult the chart below to determine whether you qualify for free shipping / return shipping:

*Order value does not include shipping, taxes, nor gift wrapping fees. Contiguous U.S. consists of lower 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Shipping charges for domestic shipments can be estimated in shopping cart and are quoted during checkout process. In case of discrepancy between estimated and quoted shipping charges, quoted shipping charges prevail. We reserve the right to select shipping carrier for return label when applicable. Return label will be provided only for addresses where regular FedEx or UPS service is available.

Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, and contents. Only unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned. If you return the product(s) in unsellable condition we will ship the product back to you at your expense and will not provide you with a refund. When returning footwear you must ship them back in a shipping container, not the shoebox itself, to avoid 20% re-stocking fee.

Please send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable shipping method if not using prepaid label. Once we receive your package, we will exchange or refund as you instruct.

Packages must be returned prepaid—we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt, return/exchange request or packing slip, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.
  • Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, and contents. Only unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
  • We cannot accept returns of undergarments due to health restrictions in California law.
  • If requested exchange item is not available we will issue refund instead.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use shipping method that can be tracked. We recommend you insure the parcel when shipping higher-priced items. Packages must be returned prepaid—we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
  • Subsequent to an approval authorization, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. No store credit, gift card, or gift certificates will be issued. Please allow up to 30 days or 1 – 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
  • Free return/exchange return label is provided to customers with shipping address within contiguous United States on orders of $50.00 or more where return service is available. We will provide either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground return label at our own discretion. We will not pay or reimburse you for any additional return services, such as carrier pick-up. If you don't have a return label please send your returns or exchanges to us prepaid.
  • Orders placed at partner websites such as Amazon.com or Shop.com do not qualify for free pre-paid return label. Please send your returns or exchanges to us prepaid.
  • If returning a product that included a free gift, please return both items to avoid being charged for the gift.
