Exchanges and returns are in most cases completely FREE—simply use the attached prepaid return label if applicable and drop your exchange/return package at the nearest UPS (Mail Boxes Etc.), FedEx (Kinko's), or post office location. Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, and contents. Only unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned. If you return the product(s) in unsellable condition we will ship the product back to you at your expense and will not provide you with a refund. When returning footwear you must ship them back in a shipping container, not the shoebox itself, to avoid 20% re-stocking fee.
