For climbers, indoor facilities and professionals, this is the benchmark! Safe and robust, even with intensive use on all terrain (indoor/outdoor).

The Diamond Triaxiale has a high number of falls, which leads to not only a long lifespan for you but also for your rope. The rope also resists intensive use and keeps a stable diameter over time.

Triaxialetm Technology

INTERNAL ABRASION: a little-known wear factor! All climbers know that rubbing two ropes together is prohibited: they risk being destroyed by burning within a few seconds. This friction and destruction effect also occurs gradually at a microscopic level on the filaments of a rope during a fall (threadby- thread wear inside the rope). Ropes constructed using triaxial technology are the best answer. During production, there is no stage to position the threads internally: in a plait, each thread is more precisely positioned than in a cable core. This restricts internal abrasion considerably : ROPE LONGEVITY This benefit has been proven by our tests, adopted by many indoor climbing centres, and naturally included in our TAURUS TRIAXIALE Indoor rope. RESISTANCE TO INTENSIVE USE This is a definite advantage: triaxial technology withstands attack, top-rope use, twisting, and warm-up - the characteristics of multi-person usage. DIAMETER STABILITY OVER TIME Triaxial technology spells the end of changing-diameter problems which cause difficulties with belaying systems.

Hydrophobic TM

Ten years' work with Cousin Trestec means Millet can now offer a range of highquality ropes featuring the latest technology. The HYDROPHOBIC Process protects the core and sheath by polymerisation. The process activates a physical barrier on each filament, thus blocking water incursion by capillarity and reducing the phenomenon of internal abrasion. Eighteen months of lab and field tests gave clear results: even after abrasion wear, the HYDROPHOBIC Process remains effective when other treatments no longer exist. And to extend this benefit even further. The HYDROPHOBIC Process is standard on all Millet ropes. -Except the TRIAXILAE TAURUS for indoor use
