Dale of Norway Portillo Hat (Navy)
Wool hat
Chile Portillo is the oldest ski area in South America, and its history holds an important place in the legend of skiing. The first ski school was established here in the early 1940s. In the mid 1950s Stein Eriksen took over direction and hosted the first and only World Championship in alpine skiing in 1966. Today the US Ski and Snowboard Teams use Portillo as a base for their training during the summer season.
